How to request it
Ask when you drop off a prescription, call the pharmacy, or request delivery in the RxLocal app once it is active.
When it arrives
We call or text to confirm a delivery window. Same-day delivery may be available for prescriptions ready early in the day.
Signatures and ID
Some medications, including controlled substances, require a signature from the patient or an adult at the address.
Counseling still included
A pharmacist will call to counsel on new prescriptions, in English or Spanish.
