Safety and quality

Report a Problem

If something seems wrong with a medication from Cambria, a side effect or a quality concern, we want to know. Every report is reviewed by a pharmacist.

  • 1-800-222-1222

  • Your veterinarian

For animals, call your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital. Animal poison control services may charge a fee.

Report to Cambria

Call and ask for the pharmacist.

Because a report includes health information, please call rather than using a website form.

(215) 225-2886

  1. 1

    Keep the medication

Keep the container and label. Do not throw it away until we have spoken.

  2. 2

    Tell us what happened

What you noticed, when it started, and which preparation it was.

  3. 3

    We investigate

A pharmacist documents the report, reviews the preparation record and contacts the prescriber or veterinarian when needed.

  4. 4

    We follow up

You hear back from us, and we report to the FDA when appropriate.
