Compounding for Oncology Supportive Care
Supportive preparations for patients in treatment.
Patients in cancer treatment often cannot swallow, cannot keep tablets down, or need rinses prescribed by component. Cambria prepares nonsterile supportive-care preparations on your prescription. We do not prepare chemotherapy.
Common reasons to compound
- Mouth rinses prescribed by component and ratio
- Patients who cannot swallow tablets during treatment
- A rectal or buccal route when oral dosing is not tolerated
- Flavor and sweetener choices for patients with taste changes
For: Oncologists, oncology NPs and PAs, infusion centers, palliative teams
